Build With Pride Seattle was proud to be at the Washington Women in Trades Fair 2026 at the Seattle Center. For over 45 years, WWIT has been creating space for women to explore, enter, and thrive in the skilled trades. That mission runs parallel to everything we stand for. We believe the trades are for everyone; regardless of gender, identity, or background, and events like this remind us why that work matters.

Seeing women and young people discover the possibilities in front of them is exactly why we do what we do. The construction industry is stronger when it reflects the full diversity of our community, and we are here to help build that future.

NAWIC Puget Sound, Build with Pride Seattle, and GSBA  held a high-energy, all-genders-welcome celebration that honored the women, femmes, and allies shaping the AEC industry at Stoup Brewing Capitol Hill .
